Max Nägeli

Dr. Max Nägeli has specialised on business succession, M&A transactions and corporate restructuring in the framework of his own firm until 2016. He is committed to the solutions-oriented, fair and discreet handling of corporate succession and estate planning mandates. He has valuable experience in tax and inheritance law, advises and counsels companies and entrepreneurs on all aspects of the succession process from decisionmaking and drafting of contracts to the closing and execution of transactions.
His clients are SMEs and their management bodies, including boards of directors and foundation boards. He also provides services to auditors, entrepreneurs, trustees and asset managers. Clients value his expertise in tax and inheritance law.
