Stefan Bürge
Stefan Bürge advises and represents clients in particular in scale-up, sustainability and intellectual property matters. As a solution-driven legal generalist, he has deep expertise in crafting and negotiating meaningful collaborations between organizations and is specialised in protecting and using inventions and know-how. This also includes technology development and go-to-market strategies. Further, he leverages his experience to provide hands-on and strategic advice for the creative and non-profit sectors (foundations, associations).
Stefan Bürge has built and led interdisciplinary, international teams across geographies. He is a board advisor and member, substitute judge at a cantonal court and lecturer for private law and intellectual property.
