Dr. Claudia Marti advises and litigates in contract and corporate law as well as in intellectual property law (copyright law, trademark law). She also counsels in all questions of inheritance law. During her extended juricial practice at courts of the Canton of Zurich, she has worked on over a hundred of proceedings on commercial law and intellectual property at the Zurich Commercial Court and has ruled hundreds of court cases as a judge. As a result, she has also gathered in depth knowledge of court proceedings and extensive experience in chairing negotiations. As a Mediator SAV with specialization in the field of business and labour mediation, she supports companies and private persons in finding win-win solutions to conflicts.
