Roy Levy is a certified Employment Law Specialist and was selected by Who's Who Legal as one of the leading experts in employment law and sports law in Switzerland in 2021 and 2023. He has many years of experience in advising companies on labor law issues (employment contracts and employment regulations, termination agreements, giving notice, reference letters) as well as in representing clients in employment law disputes (dismissals with immediate effect, abusive terminations, bonuses, overtime and extra hours). He is an experienced litigator and represents both employees and employers before all Swiss courts. He is a lecturer in employment law at the Kalaidos Law School, at the Swiss HR Academy (in English) and at WEKA.
He also practices in migration law, public employment law and insurance law.

Sports Law
Roy Levy is a graduate of the prestigious FIFA Master Course (2011) and was selected by Who's Who Legal as one of the leading sports lawyers in Switzerland in 2019, 2020 and 2021. He advises sports federations, clubs and players and represents them before the judicial bodies (FIFA and UEFA), the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT). These cases include contractual disputes, disciplinary matters, questions of association law, doping, etc. Roy Levy regularly lectures and publishes on sports law. He is president of the Disciplinary Commission for Amateur Sports of the Swiss Handball Association and Executive Director of the Union of Euroleague Basketball Officials (UEBO). He is lecturer for sportlaw at the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES).
