Julia Bhend
Julia Bhend advises companies and public authorities in matters of technology and data protection law, i.a. in the procurement of ICT services, IT outsourcing agreements and software development and implementation projects. She has been ranked by Chambers and Partners and Who's Who Legal as a recognised expert for technology, media & telecommunications, data protection law (Thought leader / global leader by Who's Who Legal) and government contracts in Switzerland and according to clients "provides excellent practical advice, and is very business-oriented, precise and concise.“ Julia Bhend has vast experience in commercial administrative law. She regularly advises and represents providers and public procurement offices in public procurement procedures.
