Thomas Würsten

Attorney-at-law, Certified Tax Expert

has been promoted to partner of our law firm, effective 1st January 2023.

Thomas Würsten specialises in tax law and provides legal advice in all tax matters related to domestic and international enterprises, entrepreneurs and private individuals. He also offers valuable practical experience and broad knowledge in related areas of law and provides support to clients on tax-related topics such as mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, corporate succession and estate planning as well as real estate transactions.

Thomas Würsten studied law at the University of Lucerne and the Northwestern University in Chicago. He was admitted to the Zurich bar in 2017 and graduated as certified tax expert in 2020. Before joining our firm in 2021, Thomas Würsten practiced as attorney-at-law and tax expert at one of the leading Swiss business law firms.
