We are pleased to announce that
Dr. Oliver Fritschi
Attorney-at-law, LL.M. (Columbia),
has become a partner of the firm, effective 1st January 2022.
His areas of expertise include contract, corporate, and employment law. He advises companies and individuals on contract drafting as well as in the area of corporate acquisitions and corporate structuring.
Oliver Fritschi studied law at the Universities of Fribourg and Zurich, where he obtained his doctorate (Ph.D.) with a thesis on the Disclosure of Management-Transactions in 2010. In 2012, he was admitted to the Zurich bar and completed 2016/2017 a LL.M. at Columbia University in New York.
He was a research assistant at the University of Zurich, a law clerk at the District Court of Dietikon, and a lawyer in a Zurich law firm. In 2013, he joined Probst Partner as a business lawyer in an advisory and litigation capacity.
In addition to his work as an attorney, Oliver Fritschi teaches corporate law at ZHAW School of Management and Law and contracts at the Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences. He regularly publishes in his areas of expertise.
