We are pleased to announce that Stefan Bürge is joining Probst Partner AG as counsel. Stefan Bürge advises and represents clients particularly in scale-up, sustainability and intellectual property matters. As a solution-driven legal generalist, he has deep expertise in crafting and negotiating meaningful collaborations between organizations and is specialised in protecting and using inventions and know-how. This also includes technology development and go-to-market strategies. Further, he leverages his experience to provide hands-on and strategic advice for the creative and non-profit sectors (foundations, associations).
Stefan Bürge joins us from Climeworks, where he has built and led an international team of legal, compliance and intellectual property professionals. He has previously practiced as an attorney-at-law at one of the leading Swiss business law firms and holds law degrees from the University of St.Gallen and Stanford University (LL.M.). He is a board advisor and member and has been recognized as Swiss in-house lawyer of the year 2024 (Energy/Renewables) by legalcommunity.ch/ACC Europe.
